Dr. Bentkover performs most rhinoplasty procedures with general anesthesia; because he believes this is what is safest and most comfortable for the patient. He does rhinoplasty in the Day Surgery Unit at Saint Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center, Worcester, MA, or the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. In some cases, relatively minor revisions may be performed with local anesthesia and some oral pre-op medication to calm your nerves in our office operating room in our suite.
